Boundary-field formulation for transient electromagnetic scattering by dielectric scatterers and coated conductors

Description

In this lecture, the authors analyse the regularity properties of the solution to time domain transmission problems with respect to the data in electromagnetism using the Laplace approach. The model problems are considered: (i) the analysis is conducted by considering first the scattered and transmitted fields at a dielectric surface Gamma. (ii) the slight changes to be made in the case of a coated perfect conductor are provided.
